We were looking throughout the Chicagoland area to purchase an established house with good schools. After a year and a half of looking at all of our options (viewing houses) and a meeting with Jim, we decided to go a custom build with Silverthorne and settle our roots in Sycamore. We realized we could build our very own home, exactly the way we wanted, in a beautiful neighborhood with fantastic schools and an involved community. It was exactly what we wanted and hoped for.
