One floorplan, three ways

Our Revere floor plan is one of the most popular ranch plans we offer. A split-bedroom ranch with an open kitchen and great room, this floor plan has seemed to fit the needs of all types of homeowners; from the first-time buyer or the couple looking to downsize. With this range of people looking to purchase a similar style of home, we often work with customers to make customized adjustments to help meet their needs. Let’s take a look at some of the options previous homeowners have selected to add their personal touch to this home.

Exterior stone
While two of the homes chose a similar stone color (Sonoma), the application of the stone personalized the exteriors to make them both quite different.

Kitchens
With over 15 types of granite and more than 10 cabinet choices, the interior of these homes can look vastly different from one house to the next. Whether you’re partial to dark cabinetry or prefer a lighter oak, you’ll be able to find something that suits your style as you use the online customer portal to make your selections.
