Can’t say enough about what an easy and pleasant experience building with Silverthorne was! First, my husband is a tradesman so he chose Silverthorne over all the other builders in the area because of the construction quality and he was Not Disappointed, and he’s Very hard to please! Next came our salesman Jim who wasn’t pushy and patiently answered all our questions and walked us through the process. Jamie was efficient and so helpful with our portal selections. Nick with tile and flooring made an intimidating process downright fun! Ashley with the cabinet company was amazing and very helpful, and everyone on staff at the loan company went above and beyond to be helpful, kind and patient. Now… our construction manager Logan! He threw the experience Over The Top!! As the build started there would be little things we would see and get stressed about. I’d put it in the portal and Logan would just handle it!! No complaints Ever and I never had to ask twice. It got to the point that I Completely stopped stressing over Anything because I knew that if there was anything (within reason) that Logan could do to make us happy he would ! I just simply can’t say enough about how wonderful he was to work with, and he and the Silverthorne team delivered us our dream home just as we wanted it!! I haven’t started the warranty process yet, but judging by my experiences up to this point my confidence level in the warranty team is high and I doubt I’ll be disappointed.

I recently purchased a home from Silverthorne, a house that was already completed. I love my home and Jim and Logan went out of their way to make some changes to the home even though it was already completed. I’ve built two other homes from the ground up and the construction seems very solid with great insulation compared to the other two homes I built with very large builders. Overall my experience has been great and I had a meeting with their warranty person last month who called just to see how things were going and if I had any issues. Glad to report nothing other than typical drywall pops and some paint which he assured me he would fix at our next checkup. I was asked to leave a review by Jim Dulaney of Silverthorne Builders. Jim reached out to me to ask if I would leave a review and while I don’t normally do this, I felt that I should given some negative reviews I’ve seen on here that do not match my experience at all. Best of luck to Jim, Logan and the rest of the team as they’ve been splendid.

I received some of the best customer service from Josh (Silverthorne Inspector). Josh conducted my one year inspection. He was personable and focused on the task at hand. I was very pleased with his customer service and his ability to get the job done. Josh pointed out things me and my husband didn’t notice. He is very detailed and such a perfectionist.

Building a new house for the first time can be stressful and overwhelming. We can confidently say we made the right choice with Silverthorne. The entire staff has been great. Tyler the sales rep , Jamie who helped us through the selection process and especially Ryan our construction manager have all been great. A big thanks to Ryan for overseeing the construction of the house from his attention to detail and making sure the house was completed not only on time but actually sooner then was scheduled. On top of all he has going on he provided us weekly updates of what was completed that week and what scheduled for the next week, along with great pictures. Been very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know the answer has been able to ask the right person and get me an answer within the next day or two. Jim was very considerate with not being too pushy and showing me some model homes that were being built so I could see what the floor plans look like and what some other people have chosen for options. He explained all the different options that would be available and explained how the customization process would work. Also, he explained the entire build process which was very easy to understand. Its been an Amazon like experience buying a home with Silverthorne. The sales and design process through the portal was smooth. Ryan Webb the construction manager took that experience to another level. His service has been timely, prompt and professional. I was residing out of state when construction started. Right from the introductory phone call Ryan clearly understood my anxiety/concern/excitement being out of state. He consistently provided weekly updates through the portal with pictures and scheduled phone calls to explain/answer my questions. Later when I relocated, meeting Ryan in person during scheduled walk throughs also was a pleasing experience.
