My husband and I are more than happy with our custom house we built in Sycamore, Illinois with Jim. We were looking throughout the Chicagoland area to purchase an established house with good schools. After a year and a half of looking at all of our options (viewing houses) and a meeting with Jim, we decided to go a custom build with Silverthorne and settle our roots in Sycamore. We realized we could build our very own home, exactly the way we wanted, in a beautiful neighborhood with fantastic schools and an involved community. It was exactly what we wanted and hoped for. We are 100% happy with our decision and wouldn’t have it any other way!
