I’ve been working with Jim and he has been super helpful throughout the process. Been very knowledgeable and if he doesn’t know the answer has been able to ask the right person and get me an answer within the next day or two. Jim was very considerate with not being too pushy and showing me some model homes that were being built so I could see what the floor plans look like and what some other people have chosen for options. He explained all the different options that would be available and explained how the customization process would work. Also, he explained the entire build process which was very easy to understand. Currently I am building the home and so far everyone I have contacted has been very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to continue working with Silverthorne Homebuilders and see the process of building unfold in front of my eyes.
