“We were not really in the market to build a house but we stopped in the model in Sycamore to just check it out and we met salesman Jim Dulaney. Before we knew it we were signing a contract to build with Silverthorne Home Builders. We found a ranch that we liked and were able to customize it inside and out and thought the price was a fair deal. Jim was very helpful in helping us pick out our selections and gave us some great ideals to include in our home. Through the building process we ran into a few problems but Mindy and Logan worked with us and did a great job getting everything done as we requested. After we moved in we had some warranty work to be finished and Kelly and Josh got right on it and had everything done and looking great. We now have a beautiful new home that we love and have wonderful neighbors that we have quickly become good friends with. If you want a nice home in a great neighborhood I recommend building with Silverthorne Home Builders in Hampshire’s Prairie Ridge subdivision.“
