Both owners reside with their families in a Silverthorne Custom home in communities we build in, and are actively involved in the day-to-day production of the company to ensure the highest quality is delivered to each new homeowner. A commitment to customer-first relationships, quality building, and an efficient process has helped make Silverthorne one of the most established locally owned and operated builders.
Over the years, the company has grown through word-of-mouth referrals from existing homeowners, and has expanded into multiple communities outside of Sycamore, including Genoa, Rockton, and as far west as Iowa servicing the entire Quad Cities region.
