We have a portfolio of homes that range in size from 1,600 square feet to 3,000 square feet and many homeowners have added their own customizations to these plans by expanding rooms, finishing basements, or changing bedrooms into elegant office spaces. Many of these ideas have come from walking through our model home or touring homes that are currently available. There really is nothing better than seeing a finished product, it allows you to get design ideas and see the quality you will receive in your finished home.
Learning the land
An important piece of building on your land is the process of studying the land on which you are looking to build. If building on a lot outside of one of our current communities is something you are looking to do, you can contact us and we can help connect you with a local realtor to help you find a great piece of land that would work with the home you are looking to build. Because city ordinances and building rules can vary from city to city or even subdivision to subdivision, it is a good idea to work with someone who can help you navigate through these requirements to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.
