Inventory homes are either still under construction or completely built, still brand new and never used, but available for a quick and easy move-in in the time frame you need.

Depending on what stage the inventory home is in towards completion, you may be able to still control some customizations and features of your new home. It is important to ask these questions when talking with your builder about an inventory home. Although you’re not building from the ground up, that doesn’t mean you won’t be able to choose a floorplan that fits your needs, you may be surprised to see the many different styles of floorplans we have to offer.
