“I think it (the portal) is very helpful!  It is nice to have a calculated spend and knowing what selections need to be chosen next.  Normally, you would have one go to one person who would have to make some confirmations on items with another person or supplier and so one. The portal eliminates that, it’s simple and easy to use. I think the most overwhelming part for us was trying to keep track of our budget and the add ons that we paid for and what still needed to be addressed, with the portal we had that updated in real time.  It was also helpful to know where we were at in the building process, especially towards the end. No matter what system you use, you are always going to have the extra phone calls and texts.  It is a big purchase and knowing that you don’t have total control of what is going on can cause a little stress, but the portal made it a lot easier!”
