Building a custom home

Silverthorne Homebuilders is committed to working with new or prospective homeowners to create a custom home that fits your needs. Whether it’s building on your lot, working with a custom floor plan, or customizing one of our homes, we will work with you to help make your dream home a reality.

Customizing your home doesn’t need to be an overwhelming or complex process; it could be as simple as making your bathroom more like your favorite spa, upgrading to a California Closet to create a more upscale master bedroom, or selecting custom cabinet hardware. Customizing your home is adjusting little options along the way, to add your own personal touch.

For example, while we offer around 15 granite sample options to choose from, if none are meshing with your design taste, you can go to the granite showroom to select something that appeals to you.
